Return

A private consumer has the statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days for goods purchased from an online store.

Returned goods must be complete. The product may only be tried to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary, the refund may be reduced in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

How to return an item?

Notify us of your wish to return an item at info@autodiagnostik.ee, including the order number and the name of the product being returned. We will then send you return instructions.

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to a buyer who is a legal entity, unless we have separately agreed otherwise.
