Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

The terms of sale apply to purchases made from the Online Store.

Product prices are shown next to the products. All prices are in euros.

Delivery charges depend on the buyer's location and the selected delivery method.

Product information is provided directly next to each product in the Online Store.

Placing an order

To order goods, add the desired products to the cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total amount is then displayed and can be paid securely using:

  • Estonian bank payments
  • Finnish bank payments
  • Latvian bank payments
  • Lithuanian bank payments
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • Pay later solutions
  • Kniks gift card

When paying via a bank link, be sure to click “Return to merchant” on the bank's page.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment. The seller has no access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract enters into force when the amount due is received in the Online Store's bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.

If the ordered goods cannot be supplied due to being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid, including delivery costs, will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to all EU countries.

The buyer can choose standard DPD parcel locker delivery.

Shipments across Europe generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3–13 working days after the sales contract enters into force. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply where the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day right of return, the goods may only be used to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, as would be permitted when testing goods in a physical shop.

If the goods have been used beyond this or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store may reduce the refund according to the decrease in value.

To return goods, the buyer must submit a free-form withdrawal statement to info@autodiagnostik.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to the product not corresponding to the order, for example a wrong or defective product.

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods were handed to the carrier within that period.

Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store refunds all payments received under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the goods back or the buyer has provided evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer expressly chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered, the Online Store is not required to refund the additional delivery cost.

The Online Store may withdraw from a transaction and demand the return of goods if the price was mistakenly listed significantly below market value.

Right to submit claims

The period for submitting claims is 24 months for private individuals and 12 months for legal entities from delivery of the goods. The buyer must notify the seller of non-conformity within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it, but no later than 2 months.

For defects, contact info@autodiagnostik.ee or call 59018855.

Claims do not cover teaching product use, adjustment, maintenance, cleaning, restoration of appearance, or faults caused by failure to follow instructions or improper use.

The right to submit claims does not cover damage occurring during transport after the product has been handed over to the buyer.

A claim may also be refused if the submitted data do not correspond to the actual product, the warranty seal is damaged, or the serial number is damaged or missing.

The Online Store does not remedy defects free of charge where caused by software errors installed on the device, normal wear, improper use or maintenance, unauthorised repair or maintenance, damaged or removed serial/control labels, defects disclosed before purchase, external factors such as lightning, improper or fluctuating voltage, moisture, liquids or mechanical damage, or misuse, failure to follow instructions, careless storage, maintenance or overloading.

If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store repairs or replaces them. If repair or replacement is impossible, all payments related to the sales contract are refunded.

The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing or in a reproducible written form within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods. Personal data are transferred to delivery service providers for delivery purposes.

Newsletters and offers are sent only where the buyer has requested them by entering an email address and consenting to direct marketing.

The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by email or by following the instructions in the marketing email.

Dispute resolution

Complaints should be sent to info@autodiagnostik.ee or made by phone at 59018855.
