Compatibility

Basic OBD2 diagnostics are suitable for all passenger cars with OBD2/EOBD support. In Europe, the OBD2/EOBD standard is generally used in petrol cars from 2001 onward and diesel cars from 2004 onward. For older vehicles, it is advisable to check OBD2/EOBD support separately.
